CIN is committed to working with local churches to provide local communities with spiritual as well as physical nurturing.  Here are a few of the ways we accomplish this:

Sidewalk Sunday Schools

An outreach ministry to children in cities within the United States and around the world. Children's International Network has sponsored many Sidewalk Sunday School sites in the U.S. and South America where thousands of children attend on a weekly basis. These Sunday Schools are innovatively designed to affectively reach children, wherever they are, with the message of Jesus Christ. The programs are unique in that they mostly are to children in needy communities.

The ministry of Sidewalk Sunday School has been effective for leading kids to Christ week after week. The amazing thing is that although kids could get up and walk away or just simply not come to the school at all, many kids come week after week eagerly waiting for the big truck of loving CIN staff to play with and listen to. With games, music, and lots of fun for the children, Sidewalk Sundays Schools have become the heartbeat of reaching children all over the world with love and hope. Whether by bus, truck, van, or trailer, we always reach kids right where they live! Our staff and vehicles are equipped with everything needed to reach thousands of kids every week. While fun and high-energy, the message is always the same: Jesus Christ loves you!

Wells

As a support to the Sidewalk Sunday School Ministry CIN works with communities that are lacking the most basic ingredient to support life--Water.  Children in these communities suffer from parasites and diseases from drinking contaminated water.  Communities that have this basic need met are generally more receptive to hearing the Gospel. Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation (Mark 16:15).
